HEAT
MICROWAVE
If using the microwave, ll two glass or ceramic cups with 3 to
4 inches of water and bring to a boil. DO NOT PLACE THE MOLD
IN THE MICROWAVE WITH THE WATER AND DO NOT USE PAPER,
PLASTIC, OR STYROFOAM CUPS.
STOVE TOP OR KETTLE
If using the stove top or kettle, boil water, remove from heat
and ll each cup with 3 to 4 inches of hot water.
ASSEMBLY
Attach correct size silicone tips to Thermo Fit Molds. Medium
tips work for most people.
You can change the tips after the molding process is complete.
Check that the tip is securely attached before inserting into
your ear. If the tip becomes dislodged in the ear canal, seek
medical attention.
Place ONE mold in each cup. Multiple molds WILL stick
together if heated at the same time.
Let molds sit in the hot
water for 5 minutes.

The molding process involves heating your
molds and forming them to your ears.
DO NOT PLACE THE MOLD INTO
YOUR EAR WHILE IT IS HOT.
Wait until the mold is warm and pliable.
Permanent hearing loss may result from
long-term exposure to sound at high volumes.
Use as low a volume as possible.
WARNING!
CAUTION: CHOKING HAZARD
Keep away from children. Parts are nontoxic but may
interfere with breathing if caught in windpipe.

Insert the earphone into the back of the mold
and place the mold into your ear.
CAUTION: DO NOT PLACE
THE MOLD INTO EAR
WHILE IT IS HOT. WAIT
UNTIL THE MOLD IS WARM
AND PLIABLE.
Firmly press the back of the
earphone making sure the silicone
tip ts into the ear canal.
Remove the mold with a metal spoon and let cool for 30 seconds.
CAUTION: ITEMS MAY BE VERY HOT.
Be sure to use a metal spoon, the mold WILL stick to plastic.
With the pad of your nger,
press the mold to ll the
concha (bowl) of your ear.
If the molding material is not
fully softened or you feel the
center of the mold is still rm,
reheat the mold in hot water.
REMOLDING
To re-mold, remove the earphone, place the mold back in
boiling water for 5 minutes, then repeat steps 4-7.
WARNINGS AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Heed all warnings. Use only as directed.
• Your Decibullz have an acoustic seal, listening levels will be
perceived as louder. Insert your Decibullz and set the volume
low and increase as needed.
• The acoustic seal created by Decibullz will block out external
noise. Use of Decibullz while operating a vehicle, bicycling,
or jogging may be dangerous.
• Do not tamper with your Decibullz product.
• Exposing Decibullz to temperatures above 150˚ F will cause
them to melt.
• Do not leave Decibullz in direct sunlight for an extended
period of time.

CONCHA
Let the mold cool for 5 minutes
before removing. Repeat the
process with the other ear.
Excessive heat can deform the
earplugs. Do not leave in a hot
car, direct sunlight, or anywhere
with excessive heat.
