Replacing the battery
IMPORTANT: Dispose of the battery in accordance with local, state, and
federal regulations.
IMPORTANT: When storing any solar product for an extended period of
time, remove the batteries. Storing any solar product without regular
recharge or removal of batteries could cause permanent damage to the
rechargeable batteries.
IMPORTANT: In order to preserve battery life, we recommend bringing
the speaker inside your home during the winter if you live in a climate
where you will not be using the speaker during the winter. Temperatures
below -4ºF (-20ºC) will harm the battery life.
NOTE: Use one 18650 Lithium ion, 2000mAh, 3.7V rechargeable
battery. For best performance, replace with new Lithium ion
rechargeable battery every 18 months.
□ Unscrew the cover from the control box at the back of the speaker
and remove it.
□ Remove the old battery. Replace with a new 18650 Lithium ion,
2000~2500mAh, 3.7V rechargeable battery.
□ Replace the cover with the six screws.
