DECOLAV'S LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY
Deco Lav, Inc. (“DECOLAV”) products sold on or after March 8, 2018 are warranted to the original purchaser thereof to be free of defects in
material and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year after the purchase date (the “Warranty Term”), subject
to the following:
• The product must have been purchased from an authorized DECOLAV reseller.
• Proof of purchase (original sales rec
eipt) from the original purchaser must be made available to DECOLAV for all warranty claims.
• The purchaser shall have completed and submitted DECOLAV’s warranty registration card (via mail or via online registration) no later
than 60 days after purchase of the product.
• The product must be returned to DECOLAV at the customers expense (unless other arrangements satisfactory to DECOLAV
have been agreed upon).
• Authorized DECOLAV personnel have inspected the product(s) and determined that the product(s) are eligible for replacement under
this Warranty.
• This Warranty is non-transferable/non-assignable and is available only to the original purchaser of the product.
• This Warranty is void if the product has been moved from its initial installation site.
DECOLAV’s products are produced from natural raw materials and there may be color variations from product appearing in catalogs,
brochures, web-sites, product samples and/or prior production. These are not examples of manufacturing defects and will not be covered
under this Warranty.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED OR THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY ANY OF THE
FOLLOWING: SHIPPING, MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENTS, NEGLECT, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS,
MODIFICATIONS, USE OF OTHER THAN GENUINE DECOLAV REPLACEMENT PARTS, DIRT, LIME SCALE, OTHER MINERAL
DEPOSITS, SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES, EXPOSURE TO MARINE AREAS, ABNORMAL USAGE, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, ACTS
OF GOD (INCLUDING FLOODS, FIRES, HURRICANES, EARTHQUAKES, EXPLOSIONS AND/OR STORMS), WAR, TERRORISM OR
CIVIL COMMOTION AND/OR BY ANY OTHER EVENT OF FORCE MAJEURE. ANY IMPROPER INSTALLATION, IMPROPER
MAINTENANCE, IMPROPER HANDLING, IMPROPER AND CONTRARY USES, IMPROPER CARE AND CLEANING AND ALL ACTS
BEYOND DECOLAV’S CONTROL WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.
This Warranty does not apply to local building code compliance. Since local building codes vary considerably, the original end consumer of
the product(s) should check with a local building or plumbing contractor to ensure local code compliance prior to installation.
If you believe that you have a valid warranty claim, contact your Home Center, Dealer, Plumbing Contractor or e-tailer. Please be sure to
provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, the date
the product was purchased, from whom the product was purchased and the installation date and location. Also, be sure to provide a copy of

Upon satisfaction of each of the foregoing conditions and requirements, DECOLAV shall, replace the defective product with a comparable
item, as determined by DECOLAV in its sole and absolute discretion. DECOLAV shall return any product replaced under this warranty to the
original end consumer, transportation prepaid. This Warranty does not cover any cost of labor to remove or install the product(s), usage and
delay time, or other costs of removal or installation whatsoever.
DECOLAV MAKES NO WARRANTY OTHER THAN THE ONE SET FORTH HEREIN. THIS WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE ONLY
WARRANTY MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY DEFECT, DEFICIENCY OR NONCONFORMITY THEREOF.
THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF (AND DECOLAV HEREBY DISCLAIMS) ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT WILL DECOLAV BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY INSTALLATION MATERIALS,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COUNTERTOPS, TILES, MARBLE, GRANITE, ETC. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY
LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS. ACCORDINGLY, ANY WARRANTY CLAIM MUST BE MADE, IF EVER,
PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY TERM.
DECOLAV products purchased between June 2014 and March 7, 2018 are covered under the previous limited lifetime warranty offered by
DECOLAV, subject to the satisfaction of all requirements, and subject to all limitations, specified in that warranty .
