Please read and save these assembly instructions:
Be careful when unpacking the lamp since the wires are connected. (If the wires
are pulled out of their connectors, it may result in a bad connection.)
1. Lay out all lamp parts from box and put them on a flat surface.
2. Begin assembly at the bottom of the lamp.
3. Insert lamp pole (B) onto lamp base (A) and turn clockwise to tighten.
4. Insert lamp pole (C) into lamp pole (B) and turn clockwise to tighten.
5. Insert lamp pole (D) into lamp pole (C) and turn clockwise to tighten.
6. Insert lamp holder (E) into lamp pole (D) and turn clockwise to tighten.
7. Insert lamp pole (F) into lamp holder (E) and turn clockwise to tighten.
8. Place shade (G) onto lamp pole (F) and tighten finial (H).
9. Use with a Type A 60W maximum bulb (bulb not included).
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug ( one blade is wider than the other ) as a safety feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never
use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug. Indoor use only.
