ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
3 LIGHT VANITY

Cleaning
● Use only a soft cloth to dust and clean your new lamp.
●
Do not use any chemicals, polishers or abrasives.
Warning:
Do not immerse your lamp in water; doing so will damage the wiring.

1. Carefully unpack and identify each part to make sure you have everything ready for installation. Lay out each
part on a clean flat area such as a table or the floor.
2. Shut down the main electrical supply from the fuse box or circuit breaker in your house or building.
3. Tighten the support screws (long) into the side of the mounting bracket (do not completely tighten the screws,
they will be fully tightened later), secure by using the hex nuts. The support screw (long) should extend long
enough to protrude through the fixture body when it is mounted. (Adjust as needed).
4. Fasten the mounting bracket onto the outlet box using the 2 outlet box screws (short).
5. To connect wires from fixture to the wires in the outlet box:
A. Twist together the black wire from the fixture with the black wire from the outlet box. Cover with the wire
connector.
B. Twist together the white wire from the fixture with the white wire from the outlet box. Cover with the wire
connector.
C. Loop the bare copper ground wire from the fixture body under the head of the green screw on the mounting
bracket, then connect it to the ground conductor from the supply circuit and cover with the wire connector.
6. Carefully position all wires inside the outlet box.
7. Place the fixture body over the outlet box, allow the heads of the support screws (long) to go through the holes
on the back of the fixture body, then secure by tightening the cap nuts.
8. Unscrew the socket rings from each socket. Place the shades on the sockets and secure the socket rings.
Note: The shades on this fixture can be installed facing up or facing down.
9.
Install the bulbs (not included) to each socket on the fixture body. Use three Max 60W medium base type
"ST64" or type "A" bulbs or Max 9W medium
base self-ballasted LED bulbs.
10. Turn on the electrical power in your house or building to test the lamp. Save these instructions for future use.
OPTION 1: Mount with shades facing down. OPTION 2: Mount with shades facing up.
