2.7 Re-assembling the boiler
Follow in reverse order for re-assembly.

Do not forget to reconnect the fan connector before
reattaching the fan to the thermal exchanger.
Check that the leak proofing material between the front
plate and the thermal exchanger is correctly fitted.
Top up the installation with water.
Restart the boiler.
Measure the O
2
or CO
2
content in the flue gases.
Check the ionisation current.

Check the seals on the gas and water connections.
