6.3 Incidents and solutions

Checks to make before calling your fitter
6.3.1 The burner is not working
 It is cold.
` Check the boiler thermostat settings.
` If using a room temperature thermostat or a remote control
(Easymatic or Easyradio), check that it is set according to the
instructions.
 It is cold. There is no domestic hot water
` Note the code displayed AL + _ _.
` Press button Q

until the red light goes out.
` Release the button. The boiler restarts.
` If there is a problem, contact your fitter, specifying the alarm
code.
