Connecting the SuperSpeed USB 5 Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen1) cable and the
power cable
After you have completed connecting the DisplayPort/HDMI cable, follow the
procedures below to connect the USB cable to the computer and complete your
monitor setup:
1. Connect the USB 3.2 Gen1 upstream port (cable supplied) to a USB 3.2 Gen1
port on your computer (see Bottom view for details.).
2. Connec
t the USB 3.2 Gen1 peripherals to the USB 3.2 Gen1 downstream ports
on the monitor.
3. Pl
ug the power cables for your computer and monitor into a nearby outlet.
NOTE: Use the cable slot on the monitor stand to organize the cables.
4. T
urn on the monitor and the computer.
If your monitor displays an image, the ins
tallation is complete. If it does not
display any image, see Common problems.
