2. Slide the side cover towards the back of the system to engage the tabs with the slots on the system.
3. Tighten the thumbscrew (6-32) to secure the side cover to the system.

Removing the speaker
Prerequisites
1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the side cover.

Steps
1. Disconnect the speaker cable from the connector on the system board.
2. Unroute the speaker cable from the routing guides between the speaker and the chassis.
3. Press the release tab to release the speaker from the slot on the system.
4. Lift and remove the speaker from the system.
