Removing the display assembly

Prerequisites

1. Remove the

base cover.

2. Remove the wireless card.

3. Remove the solid-state drive.

4. Remove the memory modules.

5. Remove the

rear-I/O cover.

6. Remove the computer base.

Procedure

1. Remove the six screws (M2.5x5) that secure the display assembly to the palm-rest assembly.

2. Lift the display assembly off the computer base.
