SupportAssist provides information about the Product, Model, Risk Notication, Service Tag, Express Service Code and Warranty details.
Some features include:
• Notications—provide messages about the overall health of the system and oers self-help options to resolve issues.
• Checkup status—provides diagnostics information, tools and utilities to detect and x system issues.
• System Info—provides complete information about the system software and hardware conguration.
• Support—provides Product Support information's such as: contact options, manuals, forums and more. The following links and Dell

Downloading Dell SupportAssist
SupportAssist is already installed on all new Dell computers and tablets. To reinstall SupportAssist, download the application and run the
installation program.
Accessing SupportAssist
• Windows 10—Click or tap the Dell Help & Support icon on the Start screen.
• Windows 8.1— Click or tap the My Dell icon on the Start screen.
• Windows 7—Click Start > All Programs > Dell > My Dell > My Dell.
PC Check
NOTE
: PC checkup is available only on selected models.
Use PC Checkup to check your hard‑drive usage, run hardware diagnostics, and track the changes made to your computer.
• Drive Space Manager—Manage your hard drive using a visual representation of the space consumed by each type of le.
