NOTE: If newly installed hardware may be a cause, remove or disconnect the hardware and try a system restore.
NOTE: System restore does not backup your personal les and hence it cannot recover your personal les that are deleted or
damaged

Using system restore
1 Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button, and then select Control Panel.
2 Type Recovery in the search box.
3 Click or tap Recovery.
4 Click or tap Open System Restore.
5 Click or tap Next and follow the instructions on the screen.
Undoing the last system restore
1 Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button, and then select Control Panel.
2 Click or tap Security and Maintenance.
3 Click or tap Recovery.
4 Click or tap Open System Restore and follow the instructions on the screen to undo the last system restore.

Using system restore
1 Click or tap Settings in the charms sidebar.
2 Click or tap Control Panel.
3 Type Recovery in the search box.
4 Click or tap Recovery and click or tap Open System Restore.
5 Follow the instructions on the screen.
Undoing the last system restore
1 Click or tap Settings in the charms sidebar.
2 Click or tap Control Panel.
3 In the System window, click or tap Action Center.
4 At the lower-right corner of Action Center window, click or tap Recovery.
5 Click or tap Open System Restore and follow the instructions on the screen to undo the last system restore.
