疑難排解
鍵盤無法運作
• 將鍵盤拔除再接回電腦的 USB 連接埠。
• 將鍵盤連接至另一個 USB 連接埠。
• 重新啟動電腦。
• 確定燈光未變暗，按 FN+F6 使鍵盤亮起
• 將鍵盤拔除再接回電腦的 USB 連接埠。
• 將鍵盤連接至另一個 USB 連接埠。
• 重新啟動電腦。
• 透過 AWCC (Alienware Command Center) 調整鍵
盤亮度。
• 開啟 Alienware Command Center
• 按一下說明 圖示。隨即出現 Alienware
Command Center Online 說明。
• 按一下目錄索引標籤。
• 從目錄索引標籤中，按一下所需主題以尋找關於
Alienware Command Center 功能的詳細資訊。
• 確定 Alienware Command Center 在電腦上執行。
• 開啟 Alienware Command Center，確定電競鍵盤的
