Summary:
Switch cannot be managed from WebTools or BNA though management via CLI works.
Symptom:
Under rare condition management process (HTTPD) gets stuck and switch reports as unreachable via
BNA and Webtools. This issue has been reported a few times since FOS v7.0.0 and some releases
need disruptive way to recover. This release provides a non-disruptive recovery method.

The only way to recover is to power cycle the switch.
