Removed the chapter "Administering Licensing". The information in this chapter is now in the Fabric
OS Software Licensing Guide.
Removed the chapter "FIPS Support". The information in this chapter is now in the Fabric OS FIPS
Configuration Guide.

Added description of the -type option to the framelog -–enable and --disable command so that the
type of discard frame to be enabled or disabled can be specified. This applies to Gen 5 platforms
