This group consists of a table describing information about what each Fx_Port is inherently capable
of operating or supporting. A capability might be used or not, as expressed in its respective object
value in the configuration group.
Implementation of this group is optional.

the value of fcFeModulePortCapacity for the associated module. The
value remains constant for the identified Fx_Port until the module is

intermixing of Class 2 and Class 3 frames during a Class 1 connection.
This flag is only valid if the port is capable of supporting Class 1
service.
