Filter-based monitoring counter.
To configure the predefined monitors on port, use the fmmonitor
--addmonitor <frame_type> -port <slot/port_list> command.
To configure the user-defined monitors on port, use one of the
following commands:
• fmmonitor --create <frame_type> -pat <bitpattern> [-port
<slot/port_list>]
• fmmonitor --addmonitor <frame_type> -port <slot/port_list>
