Sets, clears, or displays support FTP parameters and enables or disables auto file transfer.
Synopsis supportftp [-S]

Description Use this command to set, clear, or display supportFtp parameters. The parameters set by this command are used
by the supportSave and traceDump commands.
Notes The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric restrictions that may be in place. Refer to "Using Fabric
OS Commands" and "Command Availability" for details.
Operands This command has the following operands:
-S
Displays the current supportFtp parameters.
-s
Sets the supportFtp parameters. The following operands are optional. If the -s option is
specified without further operands, the command interactively prompts for these
parameters.
-h host
Specifies the host. Provide an IP address or a server name. IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are
supported. To specify the host by name, a DNS entry must exist for the server.
-u username
Specifies the user name. The user name must be less than 48 characters long.
-p password
Specifies the account password. The password must be less than 48 characters long. When
using the reserved user names such as anonymous or FTP, a password is not required.
-d remotedirectory
Specifies the remote directory where the trace dump files are stored. The directory name
must be less than 48 characters long. Specifying the root directory as the remote directory
(/) is not allowed.
-l protocol
Specifies the transfer protocol. Valid values are file transfer protocol (FTP), secure copy
protocol (SCP), or secure FTP (SFTP).
