diagDisablePost

Disables the power-on self-test (POST).

Synopsis diagdisablepost

Description Use this command to disable POST. A reboot is not required for this command to take effect. Use the diagPost

command to display the current POST status, and use diagEnablePost to enable POST.

Notes The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric restrictions that may be in place. Refer to "Using Fabric

OS Commands" and "Command Availability" for details.

Operands None

Examples To disable the POST:

switch:admin> diagdisablepost

Config update Succeeded

Diagnostic POST is now disabled.
