Port Numbering
On the C9010, linecard slots are numbered 0 to 9. The RPM slots are numbered 10 and 11.
NOTE
: If the C9010 operates with only one RPM, you can install the RPM in either slot 10 (the top RPM slot labeled R0) or
slot 11 (the bottom RPM slot labeled R1). If you install two RPMs, by default, the RPM in slot 10 is the primary management
unit and the RPM in slot 11 is the standby. In software command output, the RPM in slot 10 (R0) is displayed as rpm0; the
RPM in slot 11 (R1) is displayed as rpm1
