Usage Information
This feature is advertised to BGP neighbors through a capability advertisement. In Receiver Only mode, BGP
saves the advertised routes of peers that support this capability when they restart.
BGP graceful restart is active only when the neighbor becomes established. Otherwise it is disabled. Graceful-
restart applies to all neighbors with established adjacency.
bgp log-neighbor-changes
Enable logging of BGP neighbor resets.

bgp log-neighbor-changes
To disable logging, use the no bgp log-neighbor-changes command.

To view BGP neighbor resets, use the show logging command in EXEC mode.
The bgp log-neighbor-changes command appears in the show config command output.
