Activate the debugging and display of log messages for DHCP packets sent and received on DHCP client interfaces.

Syntax
debug ip dhcp client packets [interface type slot/port]
Parameters
interface
typeslot/port
Enter the keyword interface with the interface type and slot/port information
to display DHCP log messages for a specified interface. The valid interface types
are:
For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword
tengigabitethernet.
For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword fortyGigE.
