Usage Information This command changes the sampling rate for an interface. By default, the sampling rate of an interface is set to
the same value as the current global default sampling rate if port is operationally down, otherwise sampling rate
changes based on port line speed. If the value entered is not a correct power of 2, the command generates an
error message with the previous and next power-of-2 value. Select one of these two number and re-enter the
command.

(OPTIONAL) Enter the following keywords and slot/port or number information:
For a 1-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword GigabitEthernet then the
slot/port information.
For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet then
the slot/port information.
For a 40-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword fortyGigE then the slot/
port information.
For a Loopback interface, enter the keyword loopback then a number from 0 to
16383.
For the Management interface on the stack-unit, enter the keyword
ManagementEthernet then the slot/port information.
For a port channel interface, enter the keywords port-channel then a number.
For a 100/1000 Ethernet interface, enter the keyword GigabitEthernet then the
slot/port information.
For a port extender Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword peGigE then the
