fragment
Number of packets that could not be fragmented and
forwarded.
...encapsulation
failed
Counts packets which could not be forwarded due to ARP
resolution failure. The system sends an ARP request prior to
forwarding an IP packet. If a reply is not received, the system
repeats the request three times. These packets are counted
in encapsulation failed.
Rcvd: Total number of packets received from specified protocol.
...short packets The number of bytes in the packet are too small.
...bad length The length of the packet was not correct.

broadcasts
The incoming broadcast/multicast packet did not have any
listener.
...socket full The applications buffer is full and the incoming packet are
dropped.
