Description
Unable to turn off the Server on a power cycle operation. This happens if the Server did not
show a "power off" status change within the expected time.
Recommended
Response Action
The Server could have taken more time to turn off than expected. If the Server is turned off,
turn on to complete the power cycle. If the Server has not completed a power cycle, retry the
operation.

Detailed
Description
The server identified in the message did not gracefully shutdown before the CMC shutdown
timer expired. This happens if the server did not show power off status change within 60
seconds after the operation was initiated, or if the OS in the server has not successfully
shutdown.
Recommended
Response Action
Check if the OS in the server identified in the message has successfully shutdown, if not,
manually complete the shutdown or wait for the shutdown to complete normally. If the issue
persists, perform a forced power down of the server identified in the message.
