安装和设置 CMC
用户指南
本章提供有关如何安装 CMC 硬件、建立到 CMC 的访问，以及配置管理环境以使用 CMC 的信息。
本章为下一步配置 CMC 提供指导：

开始之前
在开始设置 CMC 环境之前，请首先从 Dell 支持网站 support.dell.com 下载 CMC 固件的最新版本。
然后，收集您系统中包含的以下项目：
l Dell PowerEdge Installation and Server Management CD
l Dell Systems Management Consoles CD
l Dell PowerEdge Service and Diagnostic Utilities CD
l Dell PowerEdge Documentation CD
l Dell iDRAC 固件 1.0 用户指南
安装 CMC 硬件
因为 CMC 已经预安装在机箱上，所以不需要进行安装。要启动系统中安装的 CMC，请参阅在 Management Station 上安装远程访问软件。
可以安装第二 CMC 作为主要 CMC 的后备。有关后备 CMC 的详情，请参阅理解冗余 CMC 环境。
在 Management Station 上安装远程访问软件
可以使用远程登录、Secure Shell (SSH) 或操作系统提供的串行控制台公用程序或使用 Web 界面访问 CMC。
如果希望从 management station 使用远程 RACADM，则需要进行安装。系统包括 Dell OpenManage System Management 软件套件。此套件包括但不限于以下组件：
l Dell PowerEdge Installation and Server Management CD — 可引导的 CD，它提供配置系统和安装操作系统所需的工具。此 CD 包含最新的 systems management
software 产品，其中包括 Dell OpenManage Server Administrator 诊断程序、storage management 和 remote access services。
l Dell Systems Management Consoles CD — 包含所有最新的 Dell systems management 控制台产品，其中包括 Dell OpenManage IT Assistant。运行 Setup 以便为
management station 上所有支持的操作系统安装远程 RACADM 公用程序。
l Dell PowerEdge Service and Diagnostic Utilities CD — 提供配置系统所需的工具，并为您的系统提供固件、诊断程序和 Dell 优化的驱动程序。
