Desactivación de un miembro del chasis miembro
Forma de desmontar un grupo de chasis
Para extraer totalmente un grupo del chasis principal:
1 Inicie sesión en el chasis principal con privilegios de administrador.
2 Seleccione el chasis principal en el árbol.
3 Haga clic en Conguración > Administración de grupos.
4 En la página Grupo de chasis, en Función, seleccione Ninguno y, a continuación, haga clic en Aplicar.
El chasis principal luego comunica a todos los miembros que han sido eliminados del grupo. Por último, el chasis principal nalizará su
función. Ahora es posible nombrarlo chasis miembro o principal de otro grupo.
Si no se logra el contacto entre un chasis miembro y el principal debido a un problema en la red, es posible que el chasis miembro no
reciba el mensaje. En ese caso, desactive el miembro desde el chasis miembro para completar la eliminación.
Desactivación de un miembro del chasis miembro
En ocasiones, el chasis principal no puede quitar un miembro de un grupo. Esto sucede si se pierde la conectividad de red con el miembro.
Para eliminar un miembro de un grupo desde el chasis miembro:
1 Inicie sesión en el chasis miembro con privilegios de administrador.
2 Haga clic en Conguración > Administración de grupos.
3 Seleccione Ninguno y, a continuación, haga clic en Aplicar.
Launching a Member Chassis’s or Server’s Web page
Links to a member chassis’s Web page, a server’s Remote Console or the server iDRAC’s Web page within the group are available through
the lead chassis’s group page. You can use the same user name and password that was used to log in to the lead chassis, to log in to the
member device. If the member device has the same login credentials, then no additional login is required. Otherwise, the user is directed to
the member device’s login page.
To navigate to member devices:
1 Log in to the lead chassis.
2 Select Group: name in the tree.
3 If a member CMC is the required destination, select Launch CMC for the required chassis. If you try logging in to the member chassis
using Launch CMC when both the leader and chassis are FIPS enabled or disabled, you are directed to the Chassis Group Health
page. Else, you are directed to the Login page of the member chassis.
If a server in a chassis is the required destination:
a Select the image of the destination chassis.
b In the chassis image that appears under the Health and Alerts pane, select the server.
c In the box labeled Quick Links, select the destination device. A new window is displayed with the destination page or login
screen.
