2 Dell Command | Warranty installeren Dell Command | Warranty kan worden geïnstalleerd als een zelfstandige applicatie of als onderdeel van Dell Command | Integration Suite for System Center op systemen waarop Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager wordt uitgevoerd. OPMERKING: Voor het installeren van Dell Command | Warranty moet u zijn aangemeld als systeemadministrator.
3 Dell Command | Warranty starten Start Dell Command | Warranty met een opdrachtregeltool. 1. Open een opdrachtprompt. 2. Ga naar de map waarin u de Dell Command | Warranty bestanden hebt geplaatst. Typ bijvoorbeeld: cd C:\Program Files\Dell\Command . . . 3. Typ de naam van het uitvoerbare bestand. Typ bijvoorbeeld: DellWarranty-CLI.
4 Dell Command | Warranty configureren Voordat u Dell Command | Warranty gebruikt, doet u het volgende: 1. Start Dell Command | Warranty. Zie Dell Command | Warranty starten voor meer informatie. 2. Voer DellWarranty-CLI.exe /H in om het gebruik weer te geven. OPMERKING: Voor het functioneren van Dell Command | Warranty moet u een /InputFile- of een / InputCfgMgrConnectionString-parameter opgeven. Zie CLI-opties.
5 Garantie-informatie ophalen 1. Als het systeem waarop Dell Command | Warranty is geïnstalleerd, toegang heeft tot Configuration Manager en in staat is om verbinding te maken met internet (inclusief via proxy): a. Start Dell Command | Warranty. Zie Dell Command | Warranty starten voor meer informatie. b. Configureer Dell Command | Warranty. Zie Dell Command | Warranty configureren voor meer informatie. c.
A Opdrachtregelinterface (CLI)-opties Gebruik de volgende CLI-opties en -syntaxis bij het inschakelen van de Warranty-tool. Tabel 1. DellWarranty-CLI.exe /U /InputFile /I OPMERKING: De Warranty-tool werkt alleen DellWarranty-CLI.exe / als u ten minste één van de twee inputvlaggen I=C:\bestandsnaam.

B Warranty-uitvoerdatabaseschema De volgende data dictionary wordt gemaakt wanneer u de schakeloptie /Ocs gebruikt. Voorbeeld van een opdracht: DellWarranty-CLI.exe /I=C:\Users\[username]\Documents\FileName.csv / Ocs="Data Source=(localdb)\MSSQLLocalDB;Database=[dbname];Integrated Security=true;" OPMERKING: U geeft de variabele [dbname] op binnen de /Ocs-schakeloptie-parameters zoals hierboven geïllustreerd.
