Configuring IPMI on Dell Compellent Hardware

Generation 3 Hardware Platform

 To configure IPMI

1 Access the system BIOS Setup Utility by pressing the DEL key during the POST

process.

2 Use the arrow keys to select the Advanced tab at the top of the window. The Advanced

window appears.

3 From the Advanced menu, select IPMI. The Advanced – IPMI Configuration menu

appears.
