Using NetBackup CLI to Add DR Series System Name (Linux)
This topic describes how to use the NetBackup CLI to add the DR Series system name to each Linux-based media server
you plan to use with the DR Series system.
1. Add the DR Series system name to NetBackup by using the following command:
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/nbdevconfig -creatests
-storage_server servername -stype DELL -media_server mediaservername
2. Log in to and authenticate with DR Series system by using the following command (for details, see Configuring an
LSU).
/usr/openv/volmgr/bin/tpconfig -add -storage_server servername -stype DELL -
sts_user_id backup_user -password password
노트: On the DR Series system, only one user account exists, and the user ID for that account is backup_user.
You can only change the password for this account; you cannot create a new account nor can the existing
account be deleted.

NetBackup에 로그인하고 다음을 수행합니다.
1. NetBackup Administrator(NetBackup 관리자) 콘솔의 기본 창에서 Configure Disk Storage Servers(디스크 스토
리지 서버 구성)를 클릭하여 스토리지 서버 구성 마법사를 시작합니다.

표시됩니다.
2. OpenStorage를 클릭하여 이 창에 구성할 디스크 스토리지 유형을 선택한 후 Next(다음)를 클릭합니다.
Add Storage Server(스토리지 서버 추가) 페이지가 표시됩니다.
3. 다음 값을 입력하여 스토리지 서버를 구성합니다.
– Storage server type(스토리지 서버 유형)에 DELL을 입력합니다.
– Storage server name(스토리지 서버 이름)에 DR Series 시스템의 이름을 입력합니다.
– Select media server(매체 서버 선택) 드롭다운 목록에서 OST를 구성할 매체 서버를 선택합니다.
– DR Series 시스템에서 인증하는 데 필요한 자격 증명 값을 입력합니다.
