Prerequisites
1. Follow step 1 to step 6 in “Removing the back cover”.
2. Remove the PCI/PCIe card (if installed).
Procedure
1. Disconnect the intrusion-switch cable from intrusion-switch connector on the system board.
2. Remove the intrusion-switch cable from the routing guides on the chassis.
3. Slide the cable out from under the heat sink pipe.
4. Remove the screw that secures the intrusion switch to the chassis.
5. Remove the intrusion switch from the chassis.
