1. Follow step 1 to step 6 in “Removing the back cover”.
2. Remove the PCI/PCIe card (if installed).
3. Remove the memory module.
4. Remove the heat sink.
Procedure

When removing the CPU board, take note of the existing DIP switch settings and ensure that the same DIP
switch settings are applied to the new CPU board. For more information, see DIP switch settings.
1. Remove the screws that secure the CPU board to the system board.
2. Lift the CPU board off the system board.
