4148 Download of one or multiple drive dumps
failed
Check status of selected drives and ensure that
they are present and nally initialized before
downloading dumps.
4150 Sequential Mode move operation failed. Check event details for further information.
4151 Download of drive rmware image
completed, but rmware revision did not
change after restart.
Check if the uploaded rmware image is
matching your drive type and generation.
Ensure that the image le isn’t corrupted.
Download a new image from the drive
vendor's website if you aren’t sure about le
integrity.
4152 KMIP Connection refused. The selected port on the target machine is not
open. The connection is refused. Check that the
server application is running on the target
machine and the rewall is not blocking the
selected port. Contact IT Personnel to verify
the port settings.
4153 KMIP Server does not trust the client
certicate.
Use a client certicate that is signed by a
trusted certicate authority (CA) or manually
select the untrusted certicate on the server
side and trust it (not available on all servers).
4154 KMIP Ping to server failed. The target machine could not be reached, so no
network connection possible.
Verify that the IP address in the settings is
correct.
Check that the target machine is powered
and connected to the network.
Check the network cable.
Verify that the Firewall setting on the target
machine allows ping requests and responses.
4155 KMIP No route to host. The target machine could not be reached. The
network route to the machine isn’t available.
Check your IP settings (IP address, Gateway
and Netmask) and verify it with your IT
personnel.
Check that the Firewall settings on the target
machine are correct.
