Congure Telnet server on management VRF
OS10(config)# ip telnet server vrf management
Telnet commands
ip telnet server enable
Enables Telnet TCP/IP connections to an OS10 switch.
Syntax
ip telnet server enable
Parameters None
Default Disabled
Command Mode CONFIGURATION
Usage Information By default, the Telnet server is disabled. When you enable the Telnet server, use the IP address congured on the
management or any front-panel port to connect to an OS10 switch. After you reload the switch, the Telnet server
conguration is maintained. To verify the Telnet server conguration, enter the show running-
configuration command.
Example
OS10(config)# ip telnet server enable
Example (disable)
OS10(config)# no ip telnet server enable
Supported Releases 10.3.1E or later
ip telnet server vrf
Congures the Telnet server for the management VRF instance.
Syntax
ip telnet server vrf management
Parameters
• management — Congures the management VRF to be used to reach the Telnet server.
Default The Telnet server is reachable on the default VRF.
Command Mode CONFIGURATION
Usage Information By default, the Telnet server is disabled. To enable the Telnet server, enter the telnet enable command. To
congure the Telnet server to be reachable on the management VRF instance, use the ip telnet server
vrf management
command.
