Common OS10 commands

boot

Configures the OS10 image to use the next time the system boots up.

Syntax

boot system [active | standby]

Parameters

• active — Reset the running partition as the next boot partition.

• standby — Set the standby partition as the next boot partition.

Default Not configured

Usage Information Use this command to configure the OS10 image that is reloaded at boot time. Use the show boot command to

verify the next boot image. The boot system command applies immediately.
