Usage Information Routers in the network do not prefer other routers as the next intermediate hop after they calculate the shortest
path. The no version of this command disables the maximum metric advertisement configuration.

maximum-paths
Enables forwarding of packets over multiple paths.

maximum—paths number
Parameters number —Enter the number of paths for OSPF, from 1 to 128.

redistribute
Redistributes information from another routing protocol or routing instance to the OSPFv2 process.
Syntax
redistribute {bgp as-number| connected | static} [route-map map-name]
Parameters
• as-number — Enter an autonomous number to redistribute BGP routing information throughout the OSPF
instance, from 1 to 4294967295.
• connected — Enter the information from the connected active routes on interfaces to redistribute.
• static — Enter the information from static routes on interfaces to redistribute.
• route-map name — Enter the name of a configured route-map.
Defaults Not configured

Usage Information When an OSPF redistributes, the process does not completely remove from the BGP configuration. The no
version of this command disables the redistribute configuration.
