Options 19, 20, 27, 29, 30, 31, 34, 36, and 39 only accept hex 00 or hex 01
values.

service dhcp
Use the service dhcp command in Global Configuration mode to enable the
local IPv4 DHCP server on the switch. Use the no form of the command to
disable the DHCPv4 service.
Syntax
service dhcp
no service dhcp
Default Configuration
The service is disabled by default.
