Syntax
set host
[name new-name]
[profile standard]
host-name
Parameters
[name new-name]
Optional. Changes the hosts nickname to the specified name. Input rules:
The value is case sensitive.
The value can have a maximum of 32 bytes.
The value can include spaces and printable UTF-8 characters except: " , . < \
A value that includes a space must be enclosed in double quotes.
[profile standard]
Optional. Default profile.
CAUTION: Changing this parameter can disrupt access from connected hosts.
host-name
The current name of the host. A value that includes a space must be enclosed in double quotes.
Examples Change the name of Host1 to MyHost and the profile to standard.
# set host name MyHost profile standard Host1

Sets the name of a host group.

The value can include spaces and printable UTF-8 characters except: " , . < \
A value that includes a space must be enclosed in double quotes.
host-group
The current name of the host group. A value that includes a space must be enclosed in double
quotes.
Examples Change the name of HostGroup1 to MyHostGroup.
# set host-group name MyHostGroup HostGroup1
