FC(P) : Fibre Channel Point-to-Point.

target-id string
For an FC port, its WWPN.
For a SAS port, its WWPN.
For an iSCSI port, its node name (typically the IQN).
status string Port status.
Up : The port is cabled and has an I/O link.
Warning : Not all of the port's PHYs are up.
Error : The port is reporting an error condition.
Not Present : The controller module is not installed or is down
Disconnected : Either no I/O link is detected or the port is not cabled.
