Description
Checks that the system is ready for a firmware upgrade.
Under normal conditions, firmware upgrade can be performed safely without risk to data availability
or integrity. However, when the system is degradedfor example, because of failed or missing
components or lack of multipathing to disksupgrade failure or loss of availability can occur.
This command performs a series of health checks to determine whether any conditions exist that
need to be resolved before upgrading firmware. Any conditions that are detected are listed with their
potential risks. You can use commands in the See also section to determine which components have
health problems to be resolved.

Pass: There are no risks to performing firmware upgrade.
Fail: At least one condition exists that presents a risk of upgrade failure or loss of availability.
