Updating rmware
You can update the rmware of an appliance by using any of the following:
iDRAC
Dell Update Packages (DUPs)
LCM
Nutanix web console
Dell EMC Nautilus
NOTE: You can use Dell EMC Nautilus as an alternative to the Nutanix web console for updating rmware on the front hard
drives and SSDs.

Updating drive rmware with Dell Nautilus
About this task
Perform the following steps to update drive rmware with Dell Nautilus:
Steps
1 Turn o Controller Virtual Machine (CVM).
2 Set the hypervisor in Maintenance mode.
3 Access CVM GUI, and do one of the following:
Connect the keyboard or monitor or mouse device to the ports on the XC6420 appliance.
