Troubleshooting
If an error occurs, and you have configured email notifications, you will receive an email notification. Based on the information in
the email notification, follow these steps:
1. Check applicable log files.
2. Restart services, as needed. It is a best practice to restart the services any time a settings change is made.
3. Generate a System Snapshot Log.
