When an instance of CIM_EnabledLogicalElementCapabilities is associated with the
CIM_USBRedirectionSAP instance and the
CIM_EnabledLogicalElementCapabilities.RequestedStatesSupported property contains at least one
value, the CIM_USBRedirectionSAP.RequestStateChange(
) method shall be implemented and
supported. The CIM_USBRedirectionSAP.RequestStateChange(
) method shall not return a value of
1 (Not Supported).
