Add NAS Controller Pair Message
Veries that you want to congure a NAS controller pair. You cannot perform any other NAS cluster operations while adding a NAS
controller pair.
Add NAS Controller Pair Wizard
The Add NAS Controller Pair wizard is used to congure initial controllers on the cluster. The user interface contains the following
tabs:
Client Network
Secondary Client Networks
SAN Access

Field Description Shortcut
VLAN ID (read-only) Entered during the create processes only. The default ID is 0, providing for backward
compatibility.
Netmask Netmask assigned to the cluster Alt+M
Default gateway Default gateway assigned to the cluster Alt+G
IP address elds IP addresses for virtual IP address conguration
IP address Enter one IP address for each new NAS controller
Auto ll Automatically enters NAS controller IP addresses based on the rst virtual IP
address
Alt-F
Clear Clears the controller IP address elds Alt-R
