Battery Replacement
This section describes the steps that must be followed when replacing the battery in a PS Series array
control module.
Note: Many repairs must be done only by a certified service technician. You should perform
troubleshooting and simple repairs only as authorized in your product documentation, or as directed by
the online or telephone service and support team. Damage due to servicing that is not authorized by
Dell is not covered by your warranty. Read and follow the safety instructions that came with your
system.
Control Module Handling Requirements
Follow these control module handling requirements:
• Do not remove an active control module.
