Some environments might need multihost access to a target. You can enable
multihost access to a target if you meet any of the following conditions:
Your cluster environment gives the initiators on each cluster computer a
dierent IQN, and the environment can manage multiple connections to a target.
For example, the environment uses a Distributed Lock Manager or SCSI
reservations.
Your multipathing solution does not use the same IQN on all initiators, and you
cannot modify the names to be the same.
You use an environment, such as a virtual server, that can manage multiple
connections to the same iSCSI target (for example, through SCSI reservations).
Initiators on a single computer do not use the same IQN.

Select the volume from

Select a volume from the list to copy its access controls and apply it to the clone.
The window to the right of the list shows the access controls of the selected
volume.

New Displays a dialog box to create a new access policy or access policy group,
depending on whether you have Access Policies or Access Policy Groups selected

Edit Displays a dialog box to modify the selected access policy or access policy group,
depending on whether you have Access Policies or Access Policy Groups selected

Add Adds the selected access policy or access policy group and moves it to the list of
access controls that will be applied to the volume

Remove Removes the selected access policy or access policy group from the list of access
controls that will be applied to the volume
Alt+R
Dene one or more basic access points
Add Opens the new basic access point dialog box, with which you can create a new
basic access point to be applied to the volume

Modify Opens the modify basic access point dialog box, with which you can modify a
selected basic access point from the list that will be applied to the volume
None
Delete Deletes the selected basic access point from the list that will be applied to the
volume
