Replica Container
Replicate to an existing
container on the partner
Does not create a new container as the replica container on the
partner cluster. Instead, uses a container that already exists on the
cluster as the replica container.
Any data on the specied container is lost with the rst replication.

a replica will destroy all
data residing on it.
Conrm that you are aware that any data on the existing container you
are conguring as a replica container is destroyed when replication
occurs.
You must select this checkbox to congure the existing container as a
replica container.

Replica container name Name of the container to use as a replica container.
You must specify a container name to congure the existing container
as a replica container.

Field Description
Enable dedicated management
network
Select to begin the conguration process
Management IP address IP address of the network
Default gateway Species the default gateway for the network to enable communication outside the local
network
Member All members that belong to the group
Interface Interfaces for each member. A green circle means that the interface is up. A red circle
means that the interface is down.
IP address IP address of the interface. At least one network interface on a member must be on the
same subnet as the group IP address.
Netmask Subnet mask for the interface
Trac Trac for each interface. If an interface is up (green circle), it can handle all trac. If an
interface is down (red circle), it cannot handle any trac.
Management conguration status Click the Congure for management-only access link to open the Modify IP Settings of
Network Interface Dialog Box. In the dialog box, enter the necessary information and select
the Restrict to management access checkbox.
Click OK to congure the management network, or click Cancel to close the dialog box without conguring the network.
