Field Description
Status Whether the control module is the active or secondary (backup) control module
Boot time Last boot time of the control module
Battery status Operational status of the battery or cache-to-ash module (on some array models):
ok good — Battery or cache-to-ash module is fully charged
failed — Battery or cache-to-ash module has failed
missing battery — Battery is missing
low voltage — Battery is below the limit for normal operation
low voltage, is charging — Battery is charging but is still below the limit for
normal operation
good battery, is charging — Battery is charging but has enough charge for
normal operation
NVRAM battery Operational status of the NVRAM battery:
good — Battery installed and fully charged
bad — Battery failure
not-present — Battery is not installed
unknown — Battery status is not known
Revisions Revision levels for the control module model, boot ROM, and member rmware version
NOTE: For certain PS Series models that do not support write-through mode, not all cache control options are available.

General properties
Name (Required) Name that uniquely identies the volume. Name can be up to 63 bytes
and is case-insensitive. You can use any printable Unicode character except for ! " #
$ % & ' ( ) * + , / ; < = > ?@ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~. First and last characters cannot be a
period, hyphen, or colon. Fewer characters are accepted for this eld if you type the
value as a Unicode character string, which takes up a variable number of bytes,
depending on the specic character.
