Field Description Shortcut
To use an existing policy or policy group, either double-click it, or select it in the
Available list and click Add to move it to the Selected list.
To use all the available policies and policy groups, click Add All.
Access policy
groups: Alt+G
Available list: Alt
+V
Add: Alt+A
Remove: Alt+R
New Denes a new access policy or policy group None
Edit Opens the Modify Access Policy dialog box None

Field Description
CHAP Account Restricts access to computers that supply the specied CHAP user name and its
associated password (or “secret”). The credentials must match a local CHAP account or a
CHAP account on an external RADIUS server.
iSCSI Initiator Restricts access to iSCSI initiators that match the specied name (for example, iqn.
2000-05.com.qlogic.qla-4000.sn00044).
IP addresses Restricts access to iSCSI initiators that match the specied IP address (for example,
12.16.22.123). Use asterisks to indicate that any value is accepted in an octet (for example,
12.16.*.*).
Applies to Displays whether the access point will apply to:
Volume and its snapshots
Volume only
Snapshots only

Field Description
Cooling Fan Indicates the location of the cooling fan (for example, Fan Tray 0 Fan 1)
Status Operational status of the fan:
Normal — Fans are present and working correctly.
