Start and End Dates
Start Start date of the schedule Alt+S
End End date of the schedule. This eld is optional; not
selecting it creates a schedule that runs continuously.
Alt+D
Run every Enter the number of days in between each replication or
snapshot creation. (Only in Daily Schedule.)
Alt+V
Time of Day
Start Time when the schedule will start running Alt+A
Repeat interval How often the schedule will create a snapshot or replica
(for example, every 5 minutes). The repeat time interval
can be 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes or 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12
hours. The default is to create a snapshot every hour until
midnight.
Alt+R
Until Time that the schedule will stop for that day Alt+U
Snapshot Settings
Maximum number of
snapshots to keep
(1-512)
Limits the number of snapshots to save. When this
number is reached or the available reserve space is used,
the oldest snapshot is deleted before a new snapshot is
created. This value can range from 1 to 512.

Allows the snapshot to be modied Alt+K
NOTE: The Summary screen displays the settings that you selected for the schedule.

information in a text le (such as Notepad) for future reference.

Field Description Shortcut
Description Enter a description for the snapshot. Description can be up to 127 characters. Fewer
characters are accepted for this eld if you type the value as a Unicode character
string, which takes up a variable number of bytes, depending on the specic
character.

Set snapshot online Sets the snapshot online. (By default, snapshots are created in an oine state.) Alt+S
